I’ve done more dumb things than most.
I think life is more interesting that way.
Think about it for a second.
What great story starts out with everything that went right and ends with a happily ever after?
I know a few stories and I can’t think of one.
Dumb decisions make great tales, and in the tradition of good storytellers, the tales should grow taller in the telling.
It’s part of wanting to be wanted.
Needing to be needed.
Die young and leave a good looking corpse.
Live forever and moisturize.
It’s a never ending parade of decisions, and if you play the odds, most are fifty fifty on good or bad ones.
Smart decisions versus dumb.
I like to think of it in simple terms.
It either is. Or it isn’t.
Unless I get caught, then I try to argue that it depends on what your definition of “is” is.
