Why am I only sending out links today?
Because it’s Friday
Because I can
I can tell you to eat Beef and Butter and Eggs and Salt and drink lots of water for 90 Days to feel healthier
I can tell you to sit in the sun for 30 minutes a day just to feel better in your bones
I can say things like travel more, or go play outside, or get after it until I’m blue in the gills
Because change is the constant
Life changes
We change
So do goals, so do plans, so do dreams
And situations
And situation-ships
And need
Needs
Like cars and campers and interactions with the wide world outside of where we are
Not just the couch or chair but in our heads
Which sometimes we have to get out of to get used to changes
The best way to get out of your own head is to move
Move with our body
Move with your mind by adding more or different or better thoughts to it
Move toward good and away from bad
Depending on what your definition of good is
Or bad
And maybe that needs to change too
