It's 9AM
Opportunity is everywhere.
If you only know how to see it.
And have the resources to act.
But resources are everywhere too.
Which leaves you with one skillset to develop.
Spying.
Spying chances.
A chance to make some money.
A chance to make a difference.
A chance to build something.
I think about building a lot.
Building reputation, building business, building a city back up.
Building bridges to old relationships, building new networks.
Building worlds for books, and building a he shed in the back yard that would serve as an office.
A quiet space and place where I could go and think some more.
Maybe spy on the neighbors and wonder where they’re hiding their secrets.
The opportunity that crossed my plate this weekend was a home to rehab.
$10k to get in and get started.
And this month starts the season of giving.
Not just of time, which is my most precious commodity, but there are holidays and birthdays and a lot of extras, including the beginning of money for travel ball next year.
More opportunity, I like to think.
But that’s the thing about opportunity and life.
They don’t really give a D about what else you have going on.
It’s find a way or make one.
Or 10,000 extra ones.
I’ll put my thinking cap on and maybe I can spy a way.
