The real problem with methylene blue is that it does really work to increase brain focus.
Even if it is only a placebo effect the end result is more output more productivity and just plain more.
Ideas come to me with ease always but that's never really been a problem.
I've always had a lot of ideas.
I got excited when they introduced optical character recognition in scanning documents because I probably have over a million words handwritten on notebooks and pieces of paper and notepads from the many jobs where I had time to think and plan and right.
When I worked at UPS years ago and got moved up to a desk from unloading trucks because I could type so fast and had a great customer service attitude
I sat on phones for 8 hours a day taking more than average number of inbound calls.
I also had time to write but had to do it on pieces of paper and slips of paper then take home to type on my own word processor and then computer.
This is because I had developed a habit going to class in college I would show up while the professor lectured and then because he was literally reading from the book and not “teaching” us I could write while in class.
My handwritten output far exceeded the time I had to type it all up.
But now with the latest version of chat GPT combined with Gemini I can literally spend an hour taking pictures of handwritten pages upload to one and have it interpret my handwriting then export it to the other to make sure everything makes sense.
All the T’s are dotted and the I’s are crossed.
Now it just so happens that methylene blue increases my productivity while walking.
You know I am a huge advocate for getting outside on a walk every single day no matter your age or perceived infirmity.
Walking will absolutely help you.
We evolved to spend 8 to 10 hours a day walking as we hunted and as we gathered
the modern Life which puts us ass in seat for 8 hours a day is not designed for our health.
I have to fight the urge to sit ass and seat more than most because of my big to do list.
I want to do so much that I literally have to force myself to schedule time to leave the desk to go to the gym and lift heavy weights and go outside and walk and sweat.
But my mind does not stop while I'm walking even if I told it to focus on marketing and not creating new stories.
I literally have a comedy book put up that not a single person has read.
Because I have not offered it for free.
But the 20 minutes I took to come up with the redneck fighting off and invading Army idea and the Florida man fighting off and invading Army idea and the Cajun Navy fighting off a navy idea has me thinking about a series of stories about and invading army.
A little post-apocalyptic action adventure and what is my main stories always about?
A dad trying to save his kids.
Because I don't think most people will ever have a save the world moment but I do think everybody will have a save their own world moment.
Ask any parent and they will say stuff like my kids are my heart walking outside my body.
So the question becomes, “What would you do?”
And just like I wrote in Battlefield Z where zombies aren’t the worst thing to survive the end of the world,
Some parents will do whatever they can.
Even become the monsters.
So in my joke idea of the Chinese Reds and the Russian Reds and the Cuban Reds trying to take over ‘Merica
germinated a kernel of a story
And it starts like this-
“Dad,” she said. “Help me.”
And then the lights went out. The TV, the fridge, the phone in my hand.
If the sun wasn’t shining outside, the world would have been plunged in darkness.
But it took a few seconds for all that to register.
First, I looked at my phone.
Tapped it on my palm a couple of times, because of course that works.
It’s a guy thing.
Except it didn’t work.
Neither did flipping the light switch up and down a few times as the silence began to register.
Not quite silence, but an absence of noise, the hums and whirs and buzz of electronics we surround ourselves with.
All gone and disappeared and quiet.
There was a chatter of voices outside and I went to the window.
The neighbors were starting to gather, starting to ask questions and compare notes.
I didn’t have anything to add, but maybe they did, so I stepped through the door, still holding my phone.
Just in case it came back on.
“Help,” she said.
The first words she spoke to me in five years.
A petulant angry teen grown into a young woman living in Los Angeles, according to her mother.
Alright, more could come.
Until then,

Things I’m trying:
You know I’ve been doing ten drops of Meth Blue daily mixed in lemon water (8 oz) and it works like gang busters. I am a big fan of the brain fog clearing mixture and feel like it works 100%.
I have also entered the 55+ club, and you know I’m still very active, and I’ve read studies about adding 5mg of Creatine to my first cup of coffee in the morning. Gary Brekka said every man should be adding creatine to his diet in this daily micro dose because of the benefits:
fighting muscle mass loss
cellular repair for your slowly degrading body
and more
So I’m trying it with powder, and switching to gummies in July so I feel like I’m eating candy.
I know, it’s one more thing on my list of trying to feel younger but the goal is to feel BETTER.
Walk one hour every day.
Drink at least one gallon of water. (pinch of salt or lemon slice)
Eat more protein.
Eat less processed food.
Bonus points for growing veggies and eating them in the mix.
I run, things hurt.
I lift weights, things hurt. I
think about making sweet sweet love to a willing woman and things hurt. Mostly my heart because of the absence of a willing woman, but until that time, I’ll keep working to be THAT guy.
But Women should take creatine too. Bone density, muscle mass, and feeling better.
All the “things” a woman wants.
Except for a really fit guy humming songs from 70’s movies in double entendre and innuendos.
In whose end though?
Go get CREATINE and try METH BLUE and put PEPTIDES on your radar.
