What I have read so far seems to be straight to the point. A bit of criticism and a bit of homage. Personally, I have no problems with your views and comments. I like good strong stories that keep the reader wanting more. Like I try to write in all of my books. With some light romance or maybe even just the suggestion. What I really don't care for is when the author starts with a good story line then overshadows it with steamy romance/sex. I'll read "Adult Only" books if I feel I need that. SciFi, Fantasy, Western, Crime, Adventure, Apocalyptic, Mystery, some Horror, Suspense or any combination of these are what makes good reading. Even if there isn't any fighting or larger than life heroes/heroines. Just a good mystery to make the reader use their imagination and mental acuity. Like the great Dame Andre Norton. If a writer wants to write about heavy/steamy romance, let them write a pure Romance book. It's really that simple. That's all I want to say right now.
OK, OK I know I am far from the smartest person. But, I find if I have a comment, suggestion, request or complaint I usually just go to the bottom of the screen. Hit reply and put my 2 cents in. I have never had any problem with this method. I can't judge other people but please! Let's use common
Love your thoughts. Keep it up.
PS- I don’t like romance novels either.

So true, you have a way of hitting the nail on the head! Good luck with Substack etc. Shame you have to put up with such nonsense!
BTW, while I can accept a little romance as a side issue, I don't particularly like it as a main course!
